Hello John,

As I mentioned to you earlier, I have been working on your new site. It is my favorite work that I’ve ever done. Before you go check it out, a few comments—

Your library link is not working…I’m not sure what is going on with it but you may want to investigate it from your end. (Note—I did NOT change any linking to the library site, it is simply not working. Let me know what is going on with this.

I have created an online faq. You can go in and make all corrections and write the questions and whatever you wish to do. I did get you started with two different categories called Faq jobs and faq admissions; you can create more categories as you go along . They are linked to the appropriate new site pages.

------ PLEASE DO NOT let anyone else enter this area with login and password information because it enters my high end server. I don’t want a security breach.

I am not finished with adding the pictures so don’t be concerned about the visual media side. Give me time some time. I have created some mini flash and a screensaver for your school.

I do need your help to write content.

If you want new pages, just let me know the name of the page and under what major link it should go. I CANNOT make more/additional flash buttons because the size site will not allow for it. Even though it may look like more can be included, it’s not happening due to the alignment and format style. Also, you will see that I left a lot of sub link blanks to give you the flexibility to add more pages under sections. We can remove the empty links when you are ready.

Labeling---

As you write content, clearly label what you are writing for

Example: Curriculum Headline 1 or Admissions Profile Headline 1 or 2, Welcome page - main. This content can be written in word and I will extract it.

You can start sending me information when you like.

I really could not find a GOOD picture of you on the CD whereby you are smiling for your welcome page so please send me one. Please send any pictures as an image attachment; not attached to a word document. I don’t care about the size of the image as I can edit it. If you have a special image that you want on a page, please make sure to send that image and specify what page you want it on. Otherwise, I will continue to comb through you CD and upload pictures as I have time.

If you find any link mistakes, I need to know. Please be specific.

I have gone through the backdoor with an algorithm change by putting up a Google search engine on your site. The google search engine has a direct pipeline to indexing. Hopefully, the pages will be indexed quickly within ten days due to my idea.

Your site loads so much quicker as you will notice. The only flash is for your site buttons. However, this will be indexed because I also have them in a simple linking form at the bottom of your site.

I would suggest that we include many school downloads that are relevant, e.g., school handbooks of all types, etc. You can send them to me and I’ll put them on your new search page IF you want too.

The new site has a bona-fide C.S.S., (Cascade Style Linking), which is sharp and needed.

Your current site is NOT impacted at all and will not clash with the new site or get a lower search engine ranking. Also, you will find many links that you click on referring back to your current site because I do not want to have to go back and hand code each page with an updated link. This method is much more productive.
