Enrollment
We are very excited that your family is considering ICS-Lima to meet the needs of your child. We look forward to assisting you through this process. The steps to become a student at ICS-Lima are below. The following is the required process for application and enrollment at ICS-Lima. Application for enrollment is not official until all items requested have been submitted.
STEP ONE
You must first complete a Web Inquiry which begins the communication process between the admissions department and the parents.
STEP TWO
Complete the online application
The link for this application will be supplied by the admissions counselor after they receive your inquiry and make contact with you.
STEP THREE
The following academic records and required documents must be submitted in English (translate when necessary). You may submit them in person to the Admissions Office or by e-mail at
admissions@icslima.org.
Required for All Students
Items including a indicate documents or forms are available for download.
- Fees paid with scanned receipt of the $500 for Application fee ( non refundable) Banking Information
- Student Application
- Proof of Student’s Health Insurance (If you do not provide proof of insurance you will be billed and added to the school’s accident insurance plan.) — We are requiring that all families have the school’s accident insurance plan, in addition to the proof of the family’s health insurance.
- Copy of student’s immunization card(s) or record(s) (in either English or Spanish)
- Student-Parent Information Pack (Online)
- The last three (3) years of school records (Scan and email copies of the last three years of school records. Apostilled school records will be required at the start of school. Also,if your child has studied at a school in Peru we need to have the Certificado de Estudios y la Ficha de Matricula.)
- Standardized test results (e.g. Stanford, Iowa, MAP)
- Documentation of other education services (IEP or formal educational plan, psych-ed report, counseling report, physical therapy)
- Participation in additional programs (gifted and talented programs, SEN, EFL)
- Current school profile
- Copies of Passports or Carnet (or DNI for Peruvians) for parents and students
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Parent(s) Employment Letter
- ICS-Lima Parent/Student Enrollment Contract.
Documents needed when a student is coming from a Peruvian school:
- Certificado de Estudios
- Certificado de Conducta
- Constancia de No Adeudo
- Ficha Unica de Matricula
- Partida de Nacimiento original
Once you have completed the Online Inquiry Form, the Online Application, and submitted all required documents listed above, please contact us at admissions@icslima.org to:
- Schedule an appointment with the Admissions Counselor who will review your application file
- Set up a time for the student evaluation / placement test
