Nuestro aprecio por la diversidad es un reflejo del asombro y la reverencia creados al observar a cada persona \u00fanica creada por nuestro amoroso Dios. En ICSLima, damos la bienvenida y celebramos a cada persona porque tienen un valor incalculable. Cada uno est\u00e1 creado a imagen de Dios, y Dios ha demostrado el valor inherente de cada uno a trav\u00e9s del sacrificio de Su Hijo, Jesucristo.<\/div>

La diversidad de culturas y creencias de las personas del mundo es una espectacular mezcla moldeada por miles de a\u00f1os de desarrollo y cambio. Respetamos las diferencias evidentes en nuestra comunidad escolar, al mismo tiempo que nos aferramos firmemente a las verdades absolutas de las Escrituras. Nunca obligaremos a un estudiante o padre a creer de cierta manera, pero no negociaremos ni seremos inapropiadamente deferentes cuando surja un conflicto que involucre la verdad. Siempre presentaremos nuestras opiniones con gracia y humildad, pero nunca comprometeremos las verdades claramente establecidas de las Escrituras por el bien de la unidad.<\/div>

Nuestra comunidad escolar siempre debe esforzarse por ser un ejemplo de unidad en la diversidad. La verdadera unidad solo es posible a trav\u00e9s de la gracia de Dios y la obra de Cristo. Como cristianos, estamos llamados a modelar y trabajar hacia esa unidad. Fomentamos el debate activo y civil entre los grupos dentro de nuestro conjunto m\u00e1s amplio. Nunca toleraremos un ambiente hostil hacia el debate o las creencias diferentes sobre interpretaciones b\u00edblicas menores\/inciertas. Como cristianos, podemos tener confianza en la fortaleza de la verdad. La verdad de las Escrituras debe estar activa y cuidadosamente presente en todos los foros, y los seguidores de esa verdad no tienen nada que temer.
